Full DSG fluid exchange using Genuine VAG G052182A2 fluid. Mechatronic unit adaptation reset via ODIS. Selector shaft seal inspection. Shift quality assessment before and after. We log pre-service fluid condition as standard.

Direct injection engines accumulate carbon on intake valves — port injection washing is absent. We remove the intake manifold, blast each valve with crushed walnut media, and verify flow with a borescope. Typically recovers 15–25 bhp on high-mileage examples.

The EA888 Gen2 chain tensioner is a known failure point. We replace chain, tensioner, guides, and water pump as a kit. Timing set to manufacturer spec and verified via ODIS adaptation. We will not fit pattern parts — only Genuine or INA OEM.

We use Revo, APR, and custom Syvecs solutions depending on power target. Stage 1 requires no hardware changes. Stage 2 requires upgraded intercooler and downpipe minimum. All maps are tailored on our in-house Dynapack hub dyno — not a generic file flash.
